Google listing FAQ - the questions that shorten the path to a phone call
The FAQ on a Google listing removes the customer's uncertainty. If someone does not know whether they need a booking, how long the service takes, whether you travel to them or how to prepare, they often do not call at all. A good FAQ answers before the phone rings.

The business problem
Missing answers create friction. A customer compares a few businesses and picks the one that explains its rules faster. An empty FAQ is a wasted, simple trust signal.
Practical example
A restaurant FAQ can cover bookings, kids' menu, allergens and parking. A clinic FAQ can cover the first visit, consultation time, payment and required documents.
What to prepare
Start from questions you actually hear. Do not invent FAQ for SEO. Write down the last five questions from calls, Messenger or e-mail and turn them into short answers.
Answers should be concrete and safe. If the price depends on scope, say what it depends on. If dates depend on the schedule, tell the customer how to check it.
The FAQ should filter mismatched enquiries. If you do not cover a district, do not take walk-ins, or do not offer a specific service, say so clearly.
Do not use the FAQ for aggressive selling. It is a trust section. The customer should feel the business speaks plainly and hides no basics.
- Collect questions from real customer conversations.
- Answer briefly but concretely.
- Cover booking, time, price and preparation.
- Do not promise things that depend on Google or third parties.
- Update the FAQ whenever the offer changes.
FAQ
How many questions should I start with?
Five to eight good questions are enough. Fewer concrete answers beat a dozen empty ones.
Can the FAQ include prices?
Yes, if prices are indicative or stable. You can also explain what the quote depends on.
Does the FAQ replace the services list?
No. The FAQ complements the description and services, but should not be the only place with offer information.
