The user decides what to publish and is responsible for checking factual accuracy before publication.
AI-Generated Content Disclosure
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate the content package for your Google Business Profile. Results may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. Review the content before publishing it to your profile. The user decides what to publish. If you share a result publicly or commercially, you should disclose its AI-generated origin. Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act) on transparency obligations takes effect on 2 August 2026.
Governing law, complaints and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence, where those provisions apply.
Complaints may be submitted to contact@millai.eu. We will confirm receipt and respond within the period required by applicable law. If a complaint does not resolve the dispute, we will state on a durable medium whether we agree to or refuse participation in an ADR procedure and, if we agree, identify the competent ADR entity.
