Q: What happens in my first session? A: We start with a movement assessment and talk through your goals, injury history, and what brought you here. No judgment, no pressure. I'll show you how I structure training, answer questions, and we'll do a light workout so you get a feel for the pace. First session is 60 minutes, [PRICE_FIRST_SESSION]. Q: How do I know if online training will work for me? A: Online works best if you have basic equipment at home (dumbbells, mat minimum) and a clear workout space. I can see your form on camera just fine for most exercises. We do 1:1 video calls, same as in-person except you're at home. Try one session and decide. Many clients do a mix: online some weeks, in-person others. Q: What's included in your [PRICE_PACKAGE_NAME] package? A: That's [SESSION_COUNT] sessions over [TIMEFRAME], scheduled weekly. Includes form checks, program adjustments based on progress, and a training app with video demos for home days. You get access to my cancellation policy: 24 hours notice, no charge. Less than 24 hours, that session counts against your pack. Q: Do you work with people who've had injuries? A: Yes. I'm not a physio, so if you're in active rehab, check with your doctor first. Once cleared, I modify exercises and scale intensity. Bring any reports or notes from your physio. We go slow, build confidence, and I'll tell you if something's outside my scope. Q: How do I book and pay? A: Message [CONTACT_PHONE_OR_EMAIL], or use the booking link on this profile. I take bank transfer or [PAYMENT_METHODS]. Packages are prepaid; single sessions are paid before the session. Cancellations under 24 hours stay on your account as a used session. Q: Can I pause my sessions if life gets busy? A: Yes. Tell me with at least one week's notice and we can pause your package for up to 4 weeks. After that, unused sessions expire. If you're done for now, no hard feelings. Come back anytime. Q: What if I want to switch from in-person to online mid-package? A: Totally fine. Just let me know. No charge, no penalty. Same sessions, different format. Q: Where do you train clients? A: In-person sessions are at [LOCATION_NAME_OR_ADDRESS], [CITY]. Online sessions happen via Zoom from your place. Parking is [PARKING_DETAILS]. If you need accessibility info, ask.

Why this template works

Google Business Profile FAQ sections drive two outcomes: they reduce repetitive client questions (saving you 5-10 messages per week) and they signal professionalism to prospects scanning your profile before booking. Fitness clients have specific friction points: they want to know what happens in session one, whether online training actually works, how cancellation works, and whether you can train someone with a past injury. This template addresses those exact questions in trainer-to-client language, not marketing copy. Each answer is 40-80 words, long enough to answer fully but short enough to scan on mobile. The template uses concrete details like 'movement assessment,' '1:1 video calls,' and 'training app with video demos' rather than vague promises. Placement matters: FAQ appears below your main description on the Google profile, visible to anyone deciding whether to click 'Book Now.' What we omit: we don't make medical claims ('cures back pain'), don't promise results ('lose 10kg'), and don't overcomplicate pricing ('ask for details'). Instead, we state what you actually do and let clients decide. A/B testing: once you publish, you can swap answer language (e.g., 'light workout' vs 'movement-based session') based on which phrasing attracts your ideal client type.

What you get with Generate vs copying this

Copying this template gives you one generic FAQ set. Clicking Generate creates five personalized variants tailored to your specific business: one FAQ set emphasizes online training and flexibility (for trainers with remote clients), another focuses on injury-safe progressions (for trainers working with post-rehab clients), a third highlights corporate packages and bulk discounts (for trainers selling 10-session packs). Each variant swaps placeholders like [LOCATION_NAME], [PRICE_FIRST_SESSION], [PAYMENT_METHODS], and [CANCELLATION_POLICY] with your actual details. Manual editing this template takes 15-30 minutes (researching your exact pricing, cancellation terms, equipment list, parking info, payment methods). Generator does it in 30 seconds. You get five angles ready to test, plus your business name, location, and brand voice baked in. Generator is for when copying-and-editing this template would take 15+ minutes you don't have.

Frequently asked questions

How do I use this template?

Copy the eight Q&A pairs. Replace [PLACEHOLDER_TOKENS] with your location, pricing, contact details, payment methods, and cancellation policy. Paste directly into your Google Business Profile FAQ section (up to 10 entries). Edit language to match your voice. Or click Generate to create five personalized variants in 30 seconds.

Can I edit this template freely?

Yes. This is a starting point. Keep the structure (Q short, A 40-80 words, one topic per entry) so your FAQ stays scannable on mobile. Swap specific details (pricing, location, cancellation terms) to match your actual policies. Don't remove the safety disclaimer or injury question; those protect you and set expectations.

What does 'Generate your own version' actually add?

Copying gives you one generic FAQ set. Generate creates five personalized variants: one emphasizes online training flexibility, another focuses on injury-safe progressions, a third highlights corporate packages, a fourth targets goal-specific clients (weight loss, strength, endurance), a fifth optimizes for first-time bookers. Each variant swaps your location, pricing, services, and brand voice. Manual editing takes 15-30 minutes; Generator does five variants in 30 seconds. You pick the angle that matches your client mix.

Is this template available in other languages?

Yes. English, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish (Latin America), French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Romanian, Greek, Slovak. Each language version respects Google Business Profile character limits and local fitness terminology. Switch languages in the template menu.

Why are templates anonymous?

Three reasons. First: the gallery doesn't promote any one trainer or gym, so zero competitive advantage to any specific business. Second: patterns matter more than authors. A strong FAQ structure works whether you're a solo trainer or a 50-person facility. Third: your generated version stays private too. You own your personalized FAQ, we don't republish it. Anonymous by design, on both ends of the gallery.

Can I use this FAQ for my website too?

Yes, but Google Business Profile FAQ has a different purpose than a website FAQ. On Google, keep answers short (40-80 words, scannable). On your website, you can expand to 150-200 words per answer and link to related content. Copy the Q&A structure, then rewrite answers for website length and depth.

What if a client asks something not covered in this FAQ?

Add it. Track questions you get via message or email for two weeks. If the same question comes up 3+ times, it belongs in your FAQ. Update your profile every 2-3 months with new entries based on real client friction.

Should I include pricing in my FAQ?

Only if you're comfortable. This template includes a pricing boundary question ('What's included in your package?') but doesn't list exact rates. You can add a specific Q like 'How much does a single session cost?' and answer with your price, or keep it vague and direct people to message you. Google allows both approaches.

Why anonymous?

Every template in this gallery is built from real work by ProfileForBusiness users - but without revealing who. No names, no business names, no logos on the card. No "Created by" credit.

The gallery shows what works for your industry, your style, your character count. Anonymous by design. Your generated version stays private too - we never publish, never share, never expose your output to other users.
